Eva Beach Restaurant, a vibrant beach-themed dining destination in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Reservations & Reception Manager to oversee front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences while managing reservations, hostess teams, and reception duties.

Key Requirements for the Role

1. Proven Hospitality Experience
Candidates should have a background in the hospitality sector, preferably within high-volume restaurants or beach clubs. Experience in fast-paced environments ensures the ability to handle peak hours efficiently.  

2. Exceptional Guest Management Skills
A strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.  

3. Team Leadership & Scheduling Expertise
Experience in managing hostess teams, including creating and maintaining duty rosters, is crucial. The role involves training staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.  

4. Proficiency in Reservation Software
Familiarity with reservation management systems is required. Knowledge of SevenRoomsis an advantage, as it enhances efficiency in handling bookings and guest preferences.  

5. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Clear and professional communication is vital when interacting with guests and team members. The ability to convey instructions effectively ensures cohesive operations.  

6. Organizational Skills and Critical Thinking
This position requires individuals who can remain composed and resourceful in demanding scenarios. Strong organizational abilities are essential for managing tasks efficiently, setting priorities, and coordinating multiple responsibilities. In addition, the role calls for analytical thinking and a proactive mindset to identify potential issues early and apply effective, timely solutions.

7. Appearance and Interpersonal Presence
Candidates are expected to exhibit a well-groomed and polished appearance that aligns with the refined and relaxed atmosphere of a high-end beachfront setting. A friendly, approachable demeanor is essential, as it plays a key role in creating positive and memorable guest experiences.

8. Availability in Dubai
Applicants must be currently based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
