The Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort is inviting applications for the position of Lobby Ambassador for 2023. This role is at the heart of the hotel's operations and requires dynamic individuals dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

As a Lobby Ambassador, your responsibilities extend beyond conventional hotel guest service. You'll be tasked with consistently engaging guests with warmth and friendliness, enhancing their experience across all lobby area services. This includes directing guests to the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, and more.

The Lobby Ambassador will be responsible for addressing all guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, ensuring these needs are met by either making arrangements directly or identifying suitable providers. You'll also respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.

Additionally, you will assist with guest check-in, check-out, and prepare amenities reports for incoming guest arrivals. It's also your responsibility to gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to guests, informing them about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.

The role also includes liaising with the appropriate individual or department, such as Bellboys, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Servers, to resolve any guest requests or issues swiftly. Promoting and maintaining excellent public relations will be an integral part of your job.
