Job Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for coordinating and allocating both manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. With a key focus on expanding our business, the manager must ensure a welcoming atmosphere and prompt performance from the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be tasked with:
1. Leading the restaurant with a focus on exceptional guest service.
2. Ensuring a high standard of guest service and efficiency within the restaurant.
3. Organizing, motivating, and developing the restaurant team.
4. Managing team performance and development.
5. Creating a competitive team in a busy F&B environment.
6. Onboarding new employees and providing continuous support throughout their employment journey.
7. Planning and organizing the required staffing for long-term operation, arranging leave plans to ensure peak efficiency according to the sales season.
8. Maintaining the restaurant's brand image according to set standards, including organizing regular maintenance, following established layouts, and prioritizing guest and staff safety.
9. Increasing the restaurant's efficiency and reporting progress to upper management.
10. Participating in all aspects of the restaurant's service, including in-house dining, delivery orders, external catering functions, and other campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should have:
1. Prior experience in a managerial position, overseeing at least 20-30 staff members.
2. A friendly yet firm and fair approach to team management.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
