In this role, the Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all soft services are delivered to the highest standard. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in soft services and will hold a valid driving license. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be based in the UAE.

The Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for the following:

1. Leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all soft services are delivered to the highest standard.
2. Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
3. Ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and that all supplies are ordered and managed in a timely manner.
4. Conducting regular inspections of all areas to ensure that they are clean, tidy and well-maintained.
5. Ensuring that all housekeeping staff are following all relevant health and safety regulations.
6. Providing regular feedback to management on the performance of the housekeeping team and making recommendations for improvements.
7. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of the housekeeping services and to increase efficiency.
8. Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other members of the team.
9. Mentoring and coaching housekeeping staff to help them reach their full potential and to achieve their career goals.
