As a Spa Therapist, you will be an essential part of the spa team, liaising with colleagues and addressing guest queries in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting massage sessions, assisting with guest correspondence, preparing for and executing spa services, and conducting regular body and treatment evaluations.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to participate in promotional events and spa demonstrations, ensuring the spa operates in accordance with SOP guidelines and regulations. You'll be responsible for managing stock and inventory for therapy products and spa consumables, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.

To be considered for this role, at least one year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred, along with experience and certification in one of the spa disciplines (fitness or therapy). Excellent customer service skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine focus on guest needs are essential for success in this role.
