⭐ Job Title: F&B Waiter/Waitress
⚙ Division: Food & Beverage Service
🎯 Reporting To: Outlet Manager
🆕 Issue Type: New Responsibility
🎓 Level: Grade 13

Key Responsibilities:
As an F&B Waiter/Waitress, you'll be expected to perform the following duties:

1. Attend briefings and meetings
2. Complete pre-shift duties as assigned
3. Perform service tasks during your shift
4. Fulfill end-of-shift duties as assigned
5. Assist with staff training under the direction of the manager
6. Be fully knowledgeable about the hotel's emergency procedures
7. Understand and adhere to the hotel's policies regarding human resources and staff welfare
8. Remain vigilant at all times
9. Ensure compliance with liquor license requirements
10. Prevent any actions that may jeopardize the restaurant's liquor license
11. Take responsibility for the security of the restaurant/bar premises and property
12. Be familiar with the layout of the operation and the location of all operational equipment

General Awareness Duties:
As a team member, you are also expected to maintain a general awareness of your surroundings and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
