The restaurant is currently hiring for several exciting positions within their team and is looking for talented and passionate individuals who share their commitment to excellence in the culinary industry.
The available positions include:
- Chef de Partie
- Commis 1
- Commis 2
Duties and responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work closely with other team members and report to the Sous Chef and Head Chef. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-quality, fine dining establishment and possess a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends.
As a Commis 1, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of dishes. You will be provided with training and guidance to help you develop your skills and grow within the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining establishment, and possess a passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
As a Commis 2, you will be responsible for assisting the Commis 1 and other kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of dishes. You will be provided with training and guidance to help you develop your skills and grow within the team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining establishment, and possess a passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
