Around The Block Investments is launching a new project in the Alkhawaneej area of Dubai and they are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill several fronts of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) positions.

Here's a brief description of the roles available at Around The Block Investments' new project in Dubai's Alkhawaneej Area:

FOH (Front Of House):

• Floor Manager: This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervisor: This person will be responsible for overseeing a specific area or section of the restaurant, such as the bar or the dining room.
• Servers: These individuals will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
• Barista: This person will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. 

BOH (Back Of House):

• Head Chef: This individual will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. They should have experience in both Asian and all-day dining cuisine.
• Sous Chef: This person will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen and may be responsible for leading a specific section of the kitchen. They should also have experience in both Asian and all-day dining cuisine.
• CDP: This stands for Chef de Partie and refers to a chef who is responsible for a specific area of the kitchen, such as the grill or the sauté station.
• Commis 1 / 2 / 3: These individuals will assist the CDP and other chefs in preparing dishes.
• Steward: This person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
