A Sales Manager Leisure (Arabic Speaker) for The Heart of Europe would be responsible for managing and growing sales for the leisure market segment of the project, with a focus on the Arabic-speaking market. This would involve identifying and targeting potential customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.

The role would require knowledge of the luxury real estate market and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients in Arabic. Additionally, the Sales Manager Leisure (Arabic Speaker) would work closely with other members of the sales team and the marketing department to ensure that the project is effectively promoted and that sales targets are met.

As a Sales Manager (GCC) for The Heart of Europe, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategy planning and active sales for the GCC market segment. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, and possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Mature understanding of pre-opening hotel requirements and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• The Sales Manager (GCC) will work closely with other members of the sales team and the marketing department to ensure that the project is effectively promoted and that sales targets are met. This role requires knowledge of the luxury real estate market and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients in the GCC market.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager (GCC) position for The Heart of Europe should have the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English, and desirable to have another language, especially French
• Active 5-star hospitality sales experience in UAE is a must
• Strong contacts and excellent rapport within the GCC leisure and High Net Worth Individual segments; previous experience in government, corporate, and MICE sales is an advantage
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
• Strong ability to multi-task well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and charming personality and well-groomed appearance
