Some general information that may be useful to you as you pursue work in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. F&B Runner: As an F&B runner, you would be responsible for delivering food and drinks to guests in a restaurant or other food and beverage establishment. You may also be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with other tasks as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
2. Commis: A commis is a junior chef who is responsible for preparing and presenting food in a professional kitchen. As a commis, you would be expected to have a strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety practices, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.
3. Dispatcher: A dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods or vehicles within a company or organization.
